Detox drinks are made with fruits and vegetables that contain antioxidant and diuretic properties that help to improve intestinal function and reduce fluid retention, which helps with weight loss when incorporated in a balanced diet.

Some natural juices contain high amounts of fiber, which help to manage hunger and calorie intake, making them a great option for weight loss. Learn more about the weight loss diet that you should maintain while trying these natural juices.

Detox juices are rich in water, vitamins and minerals and you should drink between 250 and 500 mL (1 to 2 cups) per day, alongside a health diet. These juices can be used in more specific diets too, like liver detox diets and low carb diets for example.
