How to Grow a Beard: 7 Tips for Faster Growth

To grow a beard quickly, you can try measures like exfoliating your skin twice a week and massaging your facial skin with eucalyptus oil. These techniques boost blood circulation which can lead to better hair growth. 

You should also eat food that is rich in B-complex vitamins, like meat, eggs and grains. These vitamins help to keep the skin healthy and strengthen hair follicles.

1. Exfoliating the face

After exfoliating the skin, you should hydrate it to keep it soft. This will permit the hair follicles grow more easily. 

2. Eating B-complex vitamin foods
