Place the muira puama bark in a pot with water and boil for 15 minutes. Remove from heat, wait for it to cool and strain. Drink up to 3 cups of this tea per day.

This tea can also be used in the form of compresses, and applied to joints to relieve pain caused by rheumatism.

2. Muira puama powder tea

This tea is prepared with muira puama powder, and can be used as an aphrodisiac to increase sexual desire.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of muira puama powder
  • 300 mL of water

Directions

Add the muira puama powder and water to a pot and boil. Turn off the heat, let it rest for about 10 minutes, wait for it to cool, strain and drink one cup 2 to 3 times a day.

3. Muira puama capsules
