Flávia da Costa Ferreira completed her degree in Pharmacy at the Centro Universitário Newton Paiva, Brazil, in 2003.
She obtained a post-graduate in Pharmacology at the Pós-graduada em Universidade Federal de Lavras in 2005, and Clinical Pharmacy at the Centro Universitário Newton Paiva, Brazil, in 2006. She has experience in both the general industry and in acute, oncologic and clinical pharmacy.
She went on to obtain her Masters in Biomedical Science at the Universidade da Beira Interior (UBI) in Portugal.
